Each one of these delicious beers starts off as an imperial version of our base Berliner Weisse giving it the ABV needed to carry these intense flavors. Once sour and fermented, we add a base of Madagascar Vanilla beans and cinnamon to emulate pie crust. Then we add blackberries to create an ultra-rich and slightly tart Blackberry Pie.
